For the sake of transparency, here is some added information .
My name is Barry Moore. I live in Chelmsford, MA. I am an active Mountain biker in the Merrimack Valley area. As you were all aware, a personal decision was made to raise funds to bring mechanized winter grooming to selected trail systems we maintain. The funds raised will be used to purchase the SnowDog track sled, needed accessories and to assist in the upkeep of the equipment. The funds will be withdrawn for this exclusive use and only this use. I will manage the purchase and the transportation of the SnowDog and related equipment.
