Overnight Saturday 10th to Sunday 11th November, we experienced a mindless act of vandalism to our First Team pitch
The individual(s) concerned dug six by six inch squares, six to eight inches deep with what appears to be a spade, or similar tool and tossed the sods across the six yard area goalposts have been damaged and nets stolen.
As a grass roots football club we rely on the generosity of volunteers and the local community who not only give up there time free of charge but also financially help the club to pay the day to day running costs.
This mindless act is a devastating blow not just financially but also to our junior teams who will not be able to use the pitch until it is repaired.
We are therefore looking for some help in raising funds to enable us to not only replace the damaged /stolen equipment and but also to repair the pitch.
Thank you
