Update: We have been busy challenging the validity of the Public Health acts around this nation, as well as decisions by federal and state courts as well as the Family Court. We also are building a big challenge to the Immunisation Register act which is a Commonwealth act. We are having small wins and are building the case the legislation, both state and federal needs to be invalidated. Stick with us. Our Commonwealth Constitution must be defended. Our constitution is all binding, on the courts, and the people, but it needs defending. Our implied freedoms, that are protected by constraints on legislative power are under attack, and we need you to help fund individuals who can take cases to the High Court of Australia, to challenge the validity of Acts that impugn our Constitution; make a mockery of our Judicial system; and are ultimately enslaving us.
We currently have several cases in various levels of courts within Victoria, but High Court applications are not free. And we need to support these cases, and support the individuals that are taking steps in WinningVictoriaBack.
Our rights in Victoria are not just for Victorians. They are for the Commonwealth. What effects us in Victoria, will have significant effects across our nation. An example being the No Jab No Play legislation. In the Supreme Court in Victoria, we are currently challenging the validity of this Act itself. With your help, we can win this case. The implications being that the legislation, which was propagated Australia wide, would be not just called into question, but removed by order of the High Court itself. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

All proceeds from this gofundme will go towards High Court submissions. To be clear, we currently have 2 matters filed that have been paid for out of our own pockets. They cos $3580 each. We have a 3rd matter that we intend on submitting in the coming week and it is critical that these cases attract public funding. Other costs incurred are administrative costs including the large array of printing, driving and transporting, tech device acquisitions such as printers and scanners, a website, and physical hosting of our group through the last 6-8 months. All funds are being tracked for 100% transparency.

All proceeds from this gofundme will pay for High Court submissions and in material support to individuals making these submissions. That is myself David Weisinger, Jac Dundee and the rest of our team. Once funds from gofundme have been approved for withdrawal, they will go into my personal account - as agreed upon within our law review team. The funds will then pay for the outstanding High Court submissions that have already been made, as well as to pay the debts that have been accrued in our endeavours - including material support such as petrol, hosting, the winningvictoriaback.org.au website, printing and other tech equipment. No money from this gofundme will go towards anything that is not 100% related to the lodgement of High Court cases.
