My brother Wilfredo is a 37 year old loving husband and the amazing father of two beautiful girls, Wilfredo was recently diagnosed with stage four esophageal cancer, and now it has metastasizes to his liver, I am raising funds to help cover for his insurance deductibles, chemo treatments, medicines and other medical expenses.
