Willis Family Fire Medical Bills & Housing
Early in the morning on December 13th, one of our employees, Clint Willis’s home caught fire with his family asleep inside.
Thankfully, the family all made it out alive but have severe injuries.
His wife Becky Willis was severely burned and spent 4 days in the ICU on life support. She has also endured multiple surgeries and skin grafts. Clint was treated for smoke inhalation.
Clint’s 16 year old daughter Justice also suffered burns on her hands while trying to escape the fire. Her boyfriend Nate suffered severe injuries to his arms while helping Justice escape through a broken window. The doctors were able to take some of the artery from his leg to repair the damage to the artery in his arm. He also needed skin grafts for his burns.
As of now they have all been released from the hospital, but are no where near healed.
Unfortunately, none of the families pets made it out of the fire. They lost 3 dogs, Scarlett, Kano, and Nova, as well as, 2 cats, Journey, and JJ.
Clint credits their dog Scarlett with saving their lives because she woke them up and alerted them to the fire.
The family is currently living separately from each-other, and are in immediate need of housing so that they can all be together again. They are also in need of money for living expenses and food.
They lost everything in the fire, medical bills are piling and being separate during this hard time is definitely making the entire situation that much harder.
Please consider donating , anything will help!
