Williamson House Fire

This is for my sister, Joan and her husband Glenn  Williams.  My name is Laura Carroll and I live in Tallahassee, FL.   As Hurricane Irma bared down on us Monday night in North Florida, lightening struck their house and burned it to the ground. This happened at around 2 am as they slept. Her and her husband barely got out alive and her husband was burned and got smoke inhalation. Both of them are disabled, and live on a limited budget. The house was a very old wood structure and therefore they could not get any insurance on it. They lost everything and I mean everything. I took them the bare basics this morning, clothes, shoes, food items. They were able to get additional medicines from their pharmacy this morning. They will be applying with FEMA, but that could take a while to come through.  They are in North Florida and most of the damage was in the southern part of the state. They are staying with their son right down the road, but he does not have electricity (just as many others). Please keep them in your prayers and contribute if you can. And be thankful if you have a roof over your head tonight even if it is leaking.

The funds will be used to set them up in a home such as basic household items, linens, kitchen items, furniture, bedding, etc.   The funds will be transferred directly to their checking account on a weekly basis.    At no time will any money be used for myself. 

They do have an old travel trailer and will be staying in it as soon as they can establish water, electric and sewer to it. Any help would be appreciated and use as stated above. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
