wildfire property damage

I'm Billy a 73 year old, disabled single senior living solely on social security having recently lost a part time job due to the economic turn down...

I live in Lincoln City, Oregon which has suffered forest fires (loosing 100+ homes) & high winds that damaged many homes here, including mine...

We lost power during these events & when it came back on it caused a surge that blew up the power box on my house that caused a fire that spread along the old cedar shakes of my house...at the same time the high winds blew portions of the roof off allowing the rain to leak into the structure...

The power company came to inspect but they refused to accept responsibility & then cut my connection to power. so I'm living in a damaged home with no power...

I need to hire help in rebuilding the damaged portions of my home & electrical repairs before the power company will reconnect me...Oregon is a rainy state in fall and winter so the sooner I can get the repairs completed the better to prevent further damage...
