Wild Hoof Acres Disaster Relief Funds
Donation protected
On March 14th, a devastating storm ripped through Ohio. The Mann Family of Wild Hoof Acres had a devastating loss. The Tornado that hit their farm leveled their barn, where the majority of their registered dairy goats and registered sheep were housed, along with their supply of feed, hay, and other necessary equipment for routine management of their herd.
A large group of mature does, including Hope's "heart goat" Jeanie, along with some of the 2024 lambs perished in the destruction.
While the cleanup is underway, there is a long road ahead - all this happening in the middle of kidding/lambing season. The surviving animals will continue to need feed/hay and other various supplies immediately, as well as numerous replacement items for those destroyed under the collapsed barn.
I'm asking all those with dairy goats, sheep, and livestock in general, as well as those who simply understand the time of need, to help out with whatever type of donation you can offer. All proceeds will go directly to Tom, Kris, and Hope Mann and their family to help get them back on their feet. This family have been avid supporters of numerous club shows, state fairs, and other livestock and 4H events, and now they need our help.
Thank you for any and all contributions you can give to help their cause, and immediate need for support and disaster-relief funds.
