Wild boar attacks trapper in Melbourne,FL

On Monday October 21st, Trapper James Dean received a call regarding a wild boar hog trying to attack children near a bus stop as well as elderly people that were also near the bus stop. Trapper Dean responded and when he arrived to the site to remove the wild boar he proceeded to transfer the wild boar into his transport cage on the bed of his truck. At this time the wild boar tried to get out of the cage and then Trapper Dean attempted to kick the animal back into the trap but it had grabbed his leg in the process which resulted in him falling over and getting mauled and brutally attacked. He was immediately transported to the trauma unit at Holmes regional hospital to undergo surgery on seven different areas on his body. We are collecting these funds to not only cover medical bills but also his living expenses due to the fact he is unable to work for an indefinite amount of time.
