Who could hurt little Willie

Who could hurt a tiny kitten.  Our hearts are broken that someone would deliberately hurt this baby.  He was found with electrical tape around his legs and tail.  And, after his head started to swell, we found out that SOMEONE HIT HIM ON THE HEAD WITH SOMETHING AND FRACTURED HIS SKULL.  He has been to our vet today and has an appointment with a board certified neurologist tomorrow.  So far he is acting ok...….eating, drinking and being adorable.  But he has a hole in his skull and fluid is building up.  Say a prayer and PLEASE SHARE THIS because we are still trying to pay our medical bills for our last rescue (Gizmo).  
You can see from the x-ray that he has a hole in his skull.  
Please help us help him.
