White Hart Relief
On Thursday December 10th, three of Barbara's girls were hit by a car.
As of 1:30am (12/11), Eva was seizuring. They originally thought Eva could come home today but the seizures took them by surprise. The fracture to her eye socket is very minor.
Daisy’s face left side is shattered. She will need reconstructive surgery. Upper and lower jaws are broken but in alignment. Forehead broken but in alignment.
Ellie’s pelvis is broken and she will be getting surgery very soon.
After only the first few hours the vet bills were up to $6000.
We know how quickly vet bills can add up for a single dog. We can only imagine that for three dogs with serious injuries the bills will accumulate astronomically. Because the bills may go up even further than expected, please check back for updates.
