Help Juan get a Wheelchair Accessible Van!

They have had the same car for over 10 years now and even with a new battery the car can't start without being jumped. Once they broke down and Juan had to sit in the car while it was being towed because they couldn't transport him otherwise. The old car has become a piece of junk and I don't know what they will do without one soon.
The most important thing is he has to go to a specialist for his condition, and it's 4 hours away. With a vehicle that might break down, it might be dangerous for him to make that trip. It has gotten to the point that he cannot leave the house unless it is an emergency, like he is being held prisoner within his own house.
All I'm asking for is to donate as much you can even $5 can go a long way or if you can't donate at least share this so as many people can see it! My goal is to get at least enough to buy a reliable vehicle for him.
If we can stretch past the goal, I would love to get him a personal nurse to take some of the burden off his mother. She does everything for him cooks, cleans, dresses, picks up dropped remotes, stretches, and puts him in bed having to align the cushions just right so he's not in pain. All that and she is a single mother just barely getting by on random jobs, but still has to be around in case of an emergency.
