Wheelchair accessible van for Jayden

My 13 year old son is battling an aggressive brain cancer. Due to cancer complications/side effects he has lost the majority of his use of legs and arms, forcing him into a wheelchair.  

In order for him to get back and forth to doctors appointments,  enjoy actitives with the family, and for his quality of life, he needs a wheelchair van.
