Wheelchair Accessible Van for Bella

A little backstory for those who don't know us. Our daughter Bella is 6 years old. A first grader with an undiagnosed disability, she is in a wheelchair and cannot walk without assistance. She is full of life, loves school and hanging out with her two sisters. 

We have been through an unbelievable amount of testing to try to figure out a diagnosis, a reason for her mixed tone and physical limitations. Cognitively, she is a typical 6 year old, but physically, she is unable to keep up with her peers.

At the moment, Bella is still in a 5-point car seat and we are transitioning her from wheelchair to car seat and back again. This has proved incredibly difficult for us, as she is not getting any lighter... We have been looking into wheelchair accessible vans for a little bit, but unfortunately we are unable to afford one. The ones we could afford are too old to qualify for financing. The ones we could get financing for are out of our price range. Loans with help us with a down payment, but then we'd have the car payment AND the loan payment. Grants could help, but they take months to approve and are reimbursement only, and we can not afford the upfront cost.

We even looked into converting our current van, but conversions run around $20,000 and our van is too old and literally being held together with bungee cords, so that isn't happening.

We canceled an upcoming Disney trip in order to help fund the van, but even that wasn't close enough to help us secure one. So now I'm desperate and calling on the help of people we know, and maybe even those we don't. I HATE asking for charity, but she's not going to fit in her car seat much longer, and we can't wait for the day we may be able to afford it. She needs this van as soon as possible, so every little bit will help. We understand many people are struggling, so if you can't donate, would you please consider sharing?
