Wheelchair Van for Kali

Hello- I am Barbara Lynch and I am raising money to help Linda Mullins purchase a wheelchair van for her daughter Kali who has a rare genetic disorder and is wheelchair bound. 

Upon completion of this gofundme, Linda will be listed as the beneficiary and the money will be directly transferred to her where she will be able to use the funds to purchase a much needed van for her daughter! 

I have known Linda Mullins for a couple of years as my mother is one of Kali’s baby sitters and helps care for Kali when Linda and her husband are working. Please read the description of Kali below to get to know her a little better. ❤️

Kali Mullins Is a beautiful four year old girl who enjoys watching Miss Rachel and swimming. Kali was diagnosed with a rare condition KCNQ2 encephalopathy. This condition leaves her wheel chair bound, developmentally delayed, She also has spasticity, and epilepsy.

Kali has started having trouble breathing in her car seat, a problem that has lead her to the hospital. The safest place for kali is to be in her chair that was specially made for her, where she can breath freely and see what’s going on around her. Kali frequently has doctors appointments, is watched by a family friend so her parents can work, she is in the car often and the car seat that should protect her- is no longer the safest place for her to be. He parents constantly check on her in the car to ensure she is ok, however, a wheel chair accessible van would ease their worry and be the safest option for Kali.

Linda, her mom, is a nurse- and thankfully she is! She is able to handle her daughters medical emergencies. She sees her daughters struggle and needs help giving her the safest form of transportation. Please consider donating to a great cause.
