What is Toronto Hiding?

FactCheck Toronto needs your help to pay the costs of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests so we can keep uncovering what the City is hiding. Using FOI documents, we have proven that the City was lying about the number of fires in encampments, the there is less shelter space and more violence in the shelters than the City says.

We are seeking records about encampment fires, encampments, and shelters. We need to raise the funds right now for one request containing 9,800 emails of key players in the city bureaucracy. This single request will cost $1,950. We are trying to raise additional funds for costly future requests - some of which are on the way.
