We are a team looking to change the workplace. Many of us have worked with an annoying coworker or someone that has stepped over the line at work. Sexual harassment and bullying has always existed at the workplace.Thanks to #Metoo & #Timesup, We are being more and more aware of these issues. It’s time to react and protect everyday people just like you.
In our efforts to change the workplace, we have created a questionnaire system that is designed to create a powerful discussion between management and employees, where the voice of hard working people can be heard. Employees can choose the people they interact with at work and raise any concerns of bad behaviour within the group anonymously. Users can even suggest questions for future questionnaires, which allows management to identify the concerns of the crowd and address what is happening within the business.
Who We Are?
We are a group of software developers that believe everyone should be treated fairly and feel safe in their work environment. With tons of work experience under our belts, we know that the “real world” can be a mess sometimes. There are people that undermine, harass and bully others and we will no longer stand by and let it continue. This is why we were motivated to make a change and created our questionnaire system called PeerSpheres.
Our goal is to make every work environment safe by taking a stand for all employees.This process starts by sending an anonymous letter to your company on your behalf. All you have to do is fill an anonymous form at https://wewill.bethechange.io/ and we will start a conversation at your workplace. Without identifying you, we will let your workplace know there is a problem and we will provide an initial trial of our software to ensure it does not escalate. We will be the change together.
In most cases, employees do not express themselves. People tend to remain silent if someone they know is being treated unfairly, including themselves. We value those who work hard, and believe these people should be rewarded, not taken advantage of. PeerSpheres is dedicated to make the lives of employees and managers as easy and comfortable as possible.
Our hopes are to change the work environment from both ends. We want to inform companies there are problems and also get more employees on board to sharing our message.
