We’ve Got Your Back Kazza
Our dear Kazza is in the fight of her life. She is the first person to lend a hand to help anyone and our family has been inundated with questions of what can we do to help?
Karen is the best and most fun and funny, vibrant, caring, kind and supportive wife, mum, sister, Aunty, daughter, granddaughter, cousin, and friend. Anyone who knows her is blessed to be in her life!
She is currently 9 weeks pregnant with her much longed for IVF miracle and is in hospital in Hobart suffering Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis. She is a fighter. She’s suffered multiple strokes and blood clots in her brain. She has had 2 catheter directed brain procedures so far and is in an induced coma with a breathing tube and support to keep her resting and comfortable. We are waiting on MRI results to determine next steps.
Her family have already incurred so many unexpected expenses and we expect that to continue. Many weeks and months of travel costs, food, living away from home, after annual leave and sick leave runs out all the costs of running a family and home and bills to pay as this road to recovery will be long and sustained.
If you’ve asked what you can do to help the one thing we ask is to alleviate the financial fear in the back of Karen’s husbands mind. Let’s have them not have to worry about money over the next 6-12 months. Can you please find it in your heart to support Dion and Harper as they are here for their wife and mummy.
