Wentworth Brown Fire Relief Fund

Hi my name is Margot Wentworth Brown I live in Newcastle, NSW and I have started this page to raise funds for my Brother and Sister-In-Law whose entire property was destroyed by fire. The Sir Ivan fire, which has been labeled the most catastrophic fire event in New South Wales history has ripped through properties surrounding Leadville on 12 February 2017. Unfortunately my brother and sister in law's house was in it's path. While Chris was out fighting the blaze and Samantha was helping neighbours pack their belongings, the fire ripped through their house and property. Chris, Sam and their two young children Jack and Ellie have lost not only their home but all of their belongings, clothes, toys, sheds, machinery and roughly 90 percent of their cattle. Their house that has been lived in by four generations of Wentworth Browns is gone along with everything they need to run their farm and make a living. Please help us keep them afloat, we need to restock their farm and help them to replace all that was lost as well as supplement their income until the farm is operational. Without an income they will not be able to make their farm repayments. Please help us put their lives back together. Every little bit counts.
