We Stand With Earl Prude

 Our beloved family member Earl Prude recently found out that he has been diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. This is a pretty aggressive type of cancer and it has already spread to his liver. Currently he's been undergoing some aggressive chemotherapy treatments several times a week. The doctor's in Shreveport have pretty much just said to make him comfortable, but we are not taking what the doctor has said lying down. With some research he will be going to Cancer Centers of America in Tulsa, OK.  in the upcoming weeks. Cancer Centers of America is known to only specialize Stage 4 cancer with all the advanced treatments they have to offer!! This is by far one of the best known advanced cancer center around and we are thankful to have came across this center and to have him come in for evaluation and future treatment.  Many people know Earl and they know that he's a very private individual and has always been the go to person to help others in their time of need. So now it is OUR turn to be able to help him and stand alongside of him throughout this process. As his family; we are going to walk this walk and fight this fight with him every step of the way. Prude's DO NOT give up; we are ingrained to fight tooth and nail until the very end!!  This is where you all come in at and need your help in through this trying process. We would love for those to help our beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend with the current and future expenses that he and his wife Gail will incur. We are asking for any amount of assistance; whatever the Lord places on your heart for you to contribute so that he's afforded this blessed opportunity to go and meet these wonderful doctors and finally beat this deadly disease called cancer. Not only would this help with his out of pocket medical bills, medication, travel expenses, household expenses, but MOST IMPORTANTLY this would allow his wife Gail to be able to take off of work and be right by his side every step of the way!!! There will be times when he has to go and possibly stay for months on end. God says, "For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds." ~Jeremiah 30:17  WE BELIEVE Earl will be restored and he will be healed and he will also be a living testimony for all those that will come in contact with him. My aunt Gail said something to me over the holidays that have stuck with me. She said, "God did not bring Earl into my life for him to take him so soon." And that is such a true statement!! He did not bring him in all of our lives whether you've known him for 5 minutes or 5 years for him to be taken so soon. He still has a lot to give and he still has a lot of fight left in him and we are going to do everything in our power to make sure he's given the opportunity to continue to fight.  If the Lord leads you to give, please do so! Eternally grateful, THE PRUDE FAMILY JESUS CHRIST IS THE SAME YESTERDAY, TODAY AND FOREVER!!!!!
