Das ist unsere Mama:

Unsere Mama (Sonja, 52) ist lebensfroh, glaubensstark, lustig und der selbstloseste Mensch, den wir kennen. Sie ist eine Künstlerin, eine Tänzerin (du musst einmal ihren crazy Ausdruckstanz gesehen haben :-)), unser Sonnenschein, unser Fels in der Brandung und einfach die beste Mama, die man sich vorstellen kann. Ein Leben ohne sie wäre unvorstellbar. Wir brauchen einfach unsere Mama!

Bei unserer Mutter wurde im Sommer 2020 ein Tumor im Kopf (Glioblastom Grad IV) diagnostiziert, welcher zu den bösartigsten aller Tumore zählt (durchschnittliche Überlebensdauer etwa 14 Monate).

Bereits vor der OP gab es eine schwerwiegende Komplikation, da der Tumor aufgebrochen ist und dadurch eine Einblutung ins Gehirn stattgefunden hat.

Unsere Mutter und wir waren vor der OP noch guter Dinge, da man anhand der CT - u. MRT-Bilder von einem gutartigen Tumor ausging.

Erst Wochen nach der (zum Glück gut verlaufenen OP) wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es sich um den wie bereits oben angeführten bösartigen Tumor handelt.

Nach der OP war unsere Mutter motorisch und sensorisch sehr stark eingeschränkt und selbst mit Rollator kaum in der Lage sich selbständig durch die Räumlichkeiten zu bewegen.

Zum Glück hat unsere Mutter jedoch sehr starken Überlebenswillen gezeigt und ihre Ernährung radikal umgestellt (hauptsächlich grünes Gemüse/kaum Kohlenhydrate).

Da unsere Mutter die Hoffnung hat, sich vielleicht zu den sogenannten ,,Langzeitüberlebenden'' zählen zu können, möchten wir dies gerne mit allen nur erdenklich möglichen, lebensverlängernden Maßnahmen unterstützen.

Laut diverser Wissenschafter, mit welchen bereits Zoom-Meetings gegen Entgelt stattgefunden haben, benötigt unsere Mutter alle 6 Monate eine ,,dendritische Zell-Immuntherapie'' (halbjährliche Kosten € 8.500), wöchentliche Vitamin C-, B12- und Sauerstoff-Infusionen sowie Vitamine und diverse Nahrungsergänzungsmittel (durchschnittliche wöchentliche Kosten € 250). Im Februar 2021 ist schon die nächste dendritische Zelltherapie fällig.

Leider übernimmt die Krankenkasse keine Kosten für diese Therapien. Da uns jedoch die finanziellen Mittel zu Neige gehen, um diese lebensverlängernden Maßnahmen weiter nutzen zu können, freuen wir uns auf jede noch so kleine Unterstützung von DIR.

That´s our Mom:

Our Mom (Sonja, 52) is joyful, dedicated to her faith, funny and the most selfless person that we know. She is an artist, (you must see her crazy expressive dance ), our sunshine, our rock in difficult times, simply the best mother you can imagine. We can´t envision life without her. We simply need our Mom!

In summer 2020, our mother was diagnosed with a brain tumor (glioblastoma grade IV), one of the most aggressive tumors currently known with an average survival time of about 14 months.

Already before the surgery that followed, there were serious complications. When the tumor broke into the surrounding tissue the resulting hemorrhage caused neurological problems.

Before the surgery, we and our Mom were full of hope because according to the CT and MRT pictures it looked like this would be a benign tumor. Only weeks after the successful surgery doctors told us that our Mom suffers from the most malignant form of this vicious brain tumor.

After the surgery, our mother experienced limited motor functions and reduced sensations; even when using a walker, she was barely able to move on her own.

Luckily, our Mom shows a strong will to survive and therefore she drastically changed her nutrition to mostly green vegetables and reduced carbohydrates.

Because our Mom is full of hope to be one of the so-called long-time survivors, we want to support that with all available means that could save or at least extend her life.

According to some scientists, who we directly contacted over Zoom (and paid for), our Mom must receive „Dendritic Cell Immunotherapy“ treatment every 6 months (Euro 8,500 per treatment), Vitamin C, B12 and oxygen infusions every week and additional nutritional supplements (average cost Euro 250 per week) . Since she started in September this year, the next Dendritic Cell Immune Therapy (and its associated fee) is already due in February 2021.

Unfortunately, the public health insurance does not cover costs for this therapy. Our financial resources are dwindling fast. To keep up with the life-extending measures, we are happy for every little contribution from YOU!
