We need help! Never one to ask!

My wife I had surgery in August I made it through but she had to have 4 surgeries in span of 9 days. Unfortunately she is self employed and I have about 3 and a half weeks of my max 12 weeks of FMLA left . We anticipated 3 weeks of her being out of work, we were told today to anticipate 4 plus months. After 20 days of being hospitalized plus numerous follow ups we are at the end of our funds. She needs home care etc with mutual co pays. Rant over who can I reach out to for assistance.
