We love Ms. Licet!

We love Ms. Licet and send her wishes for a speedy recovery.

At the end of 2024, Ms. Licet underwent a bowel resection where the surgeons removed one foot of small intestine that was bound to be twisted and inflamed. During the procedure, they found tumors in both her ovary and stomach, which now has been diagnosed as stage 4 stomach cancer.

She is at home recuperating from the surgery at this time and the doctors are working on a full treatment plan. When she is medically ready, she will begin chemotherapy treatments, and hopefully eradicate the cancer.

Anything helps during this difficult time while recovering from surgery and future treatments. Money will go towards helping pay medical bills/treatments and relieve some of the stress during this time. Thank you so much!

as an update from Ms. Licet in February 2025: unfortunately recent scans confirmed stage 4 stomach cancer, which oncologists have expressed is not curable. She will start chemotherapy, which will happen about every 2 weeks, but unfortunately this will not cure the underlying cancer. She does not know when or if she will be able to return to work, and every bit of support continues to help.
