We love Eve & Abe

I choose Eve & Abe as my holiday family this year.

Eve is one of my best friends; therefore, that makes her son Abe one of my friends, too. They could use some extra help this holiday season, and Eve - who helps absolutely everyone - would never ask. So I'm doing it for her.

Eve is a single mom raising a teen. She works at a non-profit as a paralegal and puts her blood and sweat into her job every single day, championing those folks who don't get breaks. Single parenthood is no joke. It's hard to get by, even in the best of circumstances. 

She's been there for all of her friends' milestones, and even people she doesn't know - she's always the first person to offer a shoulder. I mean, a friend's cat was very sick and Eve took off work to stay with the cat so he wouldn't be alone while our friend was at work. She's the real deal.

I don't want her to worry about money this season. I don't want her to panic about bills, second jobs or sacrificing absolutely any of her quality of life. She's been there for me. Now I'd like to be there for her.

$1500 will be a good start for her. A cushion so she can relax. What do you say?
