We Can for Dan

We Can for Dan! Every year we do it for our club, 2020 is the year we Do it For Dan. The Harps Camogie Club are currently fundraising for Dan Donoher.  Dan is a one year old boy from our own Laois community suffering from a rare muscular disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy type 1. Dan needs our help to raise 2.1 million for a ground breaking treatment only available in the US. Dan needs this treatment before he turns 2 years of age.  The Harps Camogie Club members will compete in a Virtual Talent Show, showcasing all our talents from players, management and committee members in a bid to raise crucial funds for Dan. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates. Entries will be released from 6pm Sunday the 19th on Facebook. Every donation, however big or small counts for this little boy. We have also partnered with a local man, Mark White, who is taking on a challenge in aid of this great cause. Mark is doing a 5k run/walk @ 6:30am for 31 days with no break! Mark started this journey on the 7th of April and is aiming to complete this on the 7th of May .
