Hi, I am Dean "Dinger" Bell, husband to my wife Sylvia, father of our two sons, Clint and Bryce and a brother to Bryan and Bruce as well as" Bro" to all Hells Angels worldwide as well as many Ironworkers.
I am raising money to assist in funding the legal costs associated with my lawsuit against Xtreme Mining and Demolition (XMD) for wrongful dismissal.
This case is really important not just for me but for Hells Angels everywhere. I did nothing wrong performance -wise to get dismissed from my high paying job - I was fired just because I belonged to the Club.
A ruling against myself and co-plaintiff Scotty Fedorwick could have adverse effects on all MC's, Riding Clubs and any members of groups and organizations. It could be a blow against our Charter Rights, especially the right to associate and the presumption of "Not guilty by association".
All funds raised will go directly to the law firm that represents me in this very complex case: Caroline +Gislason LawyersLLP from Vancouver, BC, a top notch labour law team that also represents the Saskatchewan Iron Workers Local 771.
No funds will go directly to myself or anyone else !
This case started in late 2013 and is continuing in the spring and summer of 2016, so funds are needed ASAP to carry on the fight. The original estimate of costs has escalated and are set to run $100,000 to $125,000 above the initial quote. This is due largely to the unforseen court wranglings that come when fighting a wealthy mining company like XMD, not to mention Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, probably one of the largest employers in the province.
We here in Regina and Saskatoon, as well as the Brothers in Western Canada, cannot fight this fight alone, as we have been doing. The mining companies have deep pockets and we need financial support to continue this battle, as the outcome may affect us all across the country. I ask that people donate whatever amount they can, be it $10, $20, $50, whatever you can, as together we can fight this, and win. Let's show that there is strenght in numbers and that we have support worldwide.

"Freedom isn't cheap!!"
This battle myself and The Club are in, means the world to myself and my charter Brothers. We will be forever grateful to those that step up and support this worthwhile cause. Thank-you all.
