Help Juan and his family

Juan Cortes incurred an injury that became badly infected and has been in the hospital since the weekend and will be there for a while longer. He has had 2 surgeries and has a long recovery ahead.  He is a husband and father of a 2 year old and is unable to work and won't be able to while he recovers.  Please do what you can to help him with his bills and medical costs.
