WB-UK's aim is to promote more women into the sport as well as encouraging those who are already playing baseball, whether they are in an all-female team or a mixed team. We are working hard to provide opportunities for women players to be able to achieve their maximum potential in baseball.
On 22nd May 2021, WB-UK will kickstart the first Women's Baseball League in 80 years in the UK with the inaugural game in Cambridge.
We want to raise enough money to help fund this league and assist teams with the associated running costs to reach its maximum potential.
We will use the funds raised to help towards baseball costs, including equipment, WB-UK team jerseys, clinic costs, running and promotion costs. If any funds raised remain at the end of this season we will put these towards further women's baseball development and events.
