Wayne's Bikes

Wayne's Bikes is a campaign to raise money for bikes that are usable for people with certain disabilities.  Everyone should be able to feel the wind in their hair and the pavement below them on a bike regardless of any disability.  We want this to be possible for each and everyone of them!

Wayne's Bikes was started from a Facebook post that went viral.  Wayne, who has Down Syndrome and is deaf had his 3 wheel bike stolen from him out of his yard. Due to his disability it took his sense of freedom away. Wanting to bring awareness and seek out the thief, his mother posted this on Facebook.  In an hour it was viral.  So many people wanted to buy him a new bike or pitch in for one.  This is where it all started.  It started out of the goodness of hearts.  We want to spread that good to others in need of the same thing.
