Wayne Armstead Health Challenge Fund

As many of you know Wayne experience a terrible accident in March of this year. His injuries left him with major physical challenges that have necessitated Wayne to be placed in an Certified Assisted Living Facility. Healing will take at a minimum 12 -18 months. Currently he is in a wheelchair, needs a walker to ambulate small distances.  Wayne was working at Amazon but was let go due to his inability to continue to work. Disability funding is pending and can take up to 6 months, expedited. Family and a few friends have been paying for the facility, transportation, medical expenses, clothing (he has loss a lot of weight), storage for his apartment furniture and other miscellaneous items.  This has put a strain on everyone's budget since the facility alone is $1000 per month. I am asking if you can please donate towards the care of Wayne until his disability funding becomes active. I am working closely with his Social Security case manager and God bless the facility owner for being understanding with the extenuating circumstances. I thank you in advance for any support you can offer. It will greatly be appreciated.
