I hope everyone coming across this is safe, well, and content.
This page was set up to raise money as a form of Sadaqatul Jariya (on going charity) on behalf of my loving father who by Allah's will, unexpectedly passed away on 15/12/2020 at the age of 55.
We intend to build water wells in his name that can provide clean water in countries that are less fortunate. Having clean water for us is something that we take for granted but every 90 seconds a child dies from a water related disease, making it the biggest cause of disease and death in the world.
Sa’ad ibn Ubadah (RA) who said, “I asked, O Messenger of Allah! Which charity is best?” The prophet PBUH replied “Providing water”.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased)."
