Water main broke

So over the last week I have been trying to figure out a solution as we have had it huge plumbing problem. Our water main broke, I have tried every loan solution possible and cannot get one. This is partly because I could not show income while I was on 6 weeks of unpaid maternity. We are officially out of water and will have to shut off our heat. Having an 8 week old baby this is not a good situation for us. We have already come up with some of the money but do not have enough to fix this and it has to be done immediately. I need approximately $300 to fix the water main. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
