Rachael's KC Show

Hi, my name's Rachael and I'm a dancer with BalletFleming, in Philadelphia. Originally from Frederick, MD, I moved to Philly shortly after gradutating from Mercyhurst Univeristy to pursue my dream of becoming a ballerina. In the time I've been dancing with BalletFleming, I've also began to choreograph. I entered my choreography into my first showcase last Feburary. Since then I've participated in another showcase, had my work performed by BalletFleming, and have brought my work back to Mercyhurst. Most recently I even had a piece accepted into a choreography compeition hosted by AROVA Contemporary Ballet, in Alabama. Now I have the opportunity to co-produce my own show, along with another choreographer, this summer as part of the Kansas City Fringe Festival. I'm so excited for this opportunity!  The money raised through this page will go towards the application fee, making costumes, paying dancers, travel arrangements, and studio rentals. I cannot thank my friends and family enough for all the support they have given me through the years. Thank you all so so much for all you have, and contiue to do for me. And most importantly, thank you for believing in me.
