War on Lymphoma

My name is Sergent Michael Zak. I was diagnosed with having lymphoma cancer on April 27th, 2022. I have served 19 years of my life in military serving and protecting this great country of ours to try and protect our freedoms that we now have, and still enjoy. On May 5th, 2022. I was addmited into the Portland VA Hospital, where I must have six sessions of chemo to try and kill this cancer. Since that time, I have already gone through two sessions, and have lost all my hair, been taking self medicating shots, along with other medications. I have applied for VA Disability Benefits and Social Security Services, but these will take about six months before I will receive any kind of financial help. I had been working for the last 10 years with Allies Univeral Protection Services, but once I was diagnosed with having this cancer, all employment ceased, and now I am searching for financial help to pay my rent and bills to keep myself from being homeless. Any kind of financial donation, including maybe dropping off soda cans and bottles where we can redeem them for funds, would greatly be appreciated. My goal is to fight, kill, and destroy this cancer for good, and be a great inspiration to others to fight their cancers and to never give up.
