My Story:

I was a 17-year-old high school dropout. However, a series of impromptu prompts to finish my education inspired me to return to school. Here's the short version of it.

While sitting in her car in the parking lot of a Family Dollar store, an elderly man parked next to her car. When we made eye contact, the stranger motioned for me to roll down my window.

With caution, she slowly lowered her window, but just enough to hear what the man had to say.

"Why aren't you doing what God directed you to do?"

"Sir, I'm preaching the gospel," I responded.

"Yes you are, but God is trying to get you back in school and you keep ignoring Him."

I immediately became overwhelmed by the confirmation of God's will for her life and began to cry. When I looked up to speak to the man again, he and his car were gone.

I believe God sent an angel my way that day. He delivered a message and I chose to obey.

After returning to school to earn my G.E.D, I earned a B.S. degree in psychology and a master's in religious education.

Today, I am a pastor, writer, chaplain, and international award-winning author of more than a dozen books.

I am a great listener with an emerging voice who has written more than a dozen books. My goal is to discuss the most prevalent issues facing American Christians today. I also address secular groups and write non-fiction books, too.

With charisma, humor, and wisdom, I deliver high-energy keynotes, trainings, and other presentations that empower individuals and groups to experience more success. Audiences love Bible-based strategies and often recognized them as being the most practical.

I can hardly wait to get my exciting guides and entertaining novels to readers.
