Wandella Wilson Flood
Donation protected
Hey Friends! I started collecting money donations for our friend Wandella Wilson to help offset her mounting costs from the Pensacola flooding.
The picture is a nearby neighborhood with similar damage to hers. Right now, her house is now being gutted of sheetrock, carpets, furniture, clothes, etc. She bought another used vehicle, and is living in a rental ($1000/mo.) until they can move back into her house - target is by year end.
Wandella is a 1st grade teacher in a small private church school, single mom with 4 children - two still living with her. The money will help offset her deductibles and new costs of living.
If God moves you to give a donation to Wandella please do so through this site... or if you prefer to give cash/check, I'll coordinate a pickup.
No pressure whatsoever! Just throwing it out there as an opportunity to give if you would like. Her son Joe is a pastor in GA of a little church and they are helping too. This is the second time this house floods (first time they had no insurance), and she hopes to sell/move after renovations if she is able.
Friends and others are donating furniture for their rental and she is amazingly upbeat... looking up to God and giving thanks for His goodness.
Call me anytime with questions or other ideas to help. (337) 739-585zero
Blessings! Pete
