Walter my service dog

Some of you may have noticed an absence in my appearance in the last 2 years or so, or a change in my personality. I have been struggling a lot with both my physical health, but mainly my mental health. Recently my mental health has gotten worse and without getting into to much detail I was hospitalized for a short time. My mental health team and I both agree strongly that I would greatly benefit from having a service dog to help me with my everyday life, as it is getting harder and harder for me to just leave my home. As some of you may have seen I recently got a sweet puppy named Walter. Someone dumped him at a hunting lease. We came to each other when we need each other most. I recently had Walter vetted and he is estimated to be a healthy 12 week old shepherd mix. I would love for Walter and I to begin our service training together at Hidden Haven https://www.facebook.com/HiddenHavenShreveport/ as soon as possible! The cost to train a service dog is roughly $3,000 for 9-18 months of training. I’m asking for any donations small or big to help me with these cost. I desperately need this guy with me at all times to help me make it through each day, and night. The smallest of tasks like going into the grocery store or getting gas have become huge obstacles in my life. I never thought these normal day to day things would bring me such anxiety, but that’s what Walter will be trained to do. He will be trained to help keep me calm, and sense a panic attack before it comes. He will provide many other services, including detecting when my blood pressure is getting to low so I don’t pass out and hurt my self.
