Wall D8 Cheer Nationals Competition Funraiser

“Against all odds” is an expression often over used, however, that is exactly what our tiny but tough team of eight young girls did- they beat the odds that were set against them.  These 7-8 year olds met for the first time one summer day. Since then they have worked hours in the heat, the rain and into the cold weather learning and growing as a unit. In 15 short weeks they’ve overcome obstacles placed in their path and multiple changes thrown their way that even most adults would find challenging. They’ve shown us that Cheerleading is about more than just the outfits or bows... it’s pure heart and strength. There is a friendship & sisterhood that comes naturally within this sport that is so incredible to witness. Our tiny but tough team walked onto their first competition mat on October 27th and placed 3rd with zero deductions against them.  A flawless and perfect execution while battling their nerves. They continued that strength to their Big East regional championship this past weekend and again placed 3rd securing their place to compete at Nationals in Orlando, Florida. Our girls deserve this amazing opportunity to participate in this incredible experience and we are hoping you will consider supporting them on the beginning of their journey in the sport they have a true and genuine passion for. They are tiny and tough, the ultimate “underdogs”! Go Knights!
