Walking for Wolves (and other wildlife)

Donation protected
Simeon (age 9) of Ipswich will be spending his half-term walking the 100km/62m of the St.Cuthbert's Way across the borders of Scotland and Northumberland with his dad.

He wants to raise awareness and funds to protect and preserve the wild creatures of our world before it is too late. At our local zoo, Simeon learnt that wolves once inhabited the area we shall be walking through, but now there are none. He wants to do what he can to help the remaining wild wolves of Europe and other endangered creatures before they too are gone.

All the money raised will be split 50:50 between:
  • The Wolves and Humans Foundation  (Registered Charity No. 1111289). A UK based charity dedicated to conserving Europe’s large carnivores - the wolf, brown bear and lynx.
  • Action for The Wild Charity  (Registered Charity No. 1105621). Colchester Zoo's charity supports conservation projects worldwide, helping to preserve and reintroduce vulnerable and endangered species to the wild.

Please support our cause and donate to sponsor our walk. It will really help motivate Simeon (and me, his dad) as we carry our kit through the wild.

Thank you
