Hi all,
The purpose of this is to pay for lawyers to fight against Cooper and the Wake County School Board for the re-opening of in-person learning at Wake County schools full time no later than the Fall of 2021.
The lawsuit will focus on the right to a solid education. It will focus on neglected IEPs and 504 Plans, failing grades, and kids failing behind. We will focus on the lack of instructional hours that these kids are getting as well as all the restrictions that have been put into place in order to return to school. It will also look into the mental and physical health issues that are increasing because of remote learning.
