Hello, My name is Joshua Wadelington I'm 32yrs old. I was diagnosed with stage 3c testicular cancer on June 11, 2018. I have 3 beautiful kids and I love life with them. I had surgery on June 14th  after having 3 seizures, I was admitted to the hospital on July 8th and had brain surgery on July 13th. I was in the hospital for 12days had another surgery on August 28th...
I have 4 cycles of chemo to do which is 5days straight 4-5hrs long with 3 different meds... I don't have ANY help far as insurance, disability, ssi, no help with my medicine, doctor copays etc... I live in Greensboro, NC and have to travel to Winston-Salem everyday for chemo and doctor appointments... This is not easy financially or emotionally. Any help you provide will help me so much and I am surely grateful.
