Sick Friend is Homeless

Donation protected
My ill friend's situation has reached a point that is too hard for me to watch. Her explanation of her current situation and medical history:

My name is Alex Kaplan. I'm a 19 year old who has suffered from severe endometriosis and adenomyosis for nearly 10 years. My 20th birthday will be a celebration hindered by its' marking of half of my life lost to this. Endometriosis is a disease affecting roughly 1 out of 10 women in the US. It means the lining of my uterus grows in painful lesions on the outside of my uterus, and can/has in my case spread to other organs. Adenomyosis is closely related to endometriosis, but refers to lesions of the lining growing within the walls of my uterus. It's very painful and causes heavy bleeding. I had my first laparoscopic surgery to remove painful lesions from these diseases just after my 11th birthday. I had my fourth surgery September 28th, 2018. Unfortunately my father, who I live with due to being unable to provide for myself, were evicted three days earlier. The medical bills of constant treatment and the cost of my little brother moving in with my mom (him being the "Davis" in the notice, the "Julian" being my father), led to us being unable to pay our rent. I was homeless at the time of my surgery. I recovered from my fourth traumatic time being sliced open in a roach motel's double room, making the best of it while my father looked after me as he's always done. He took two days off, the one of my surgery and the one after. That's all we could afford.

We are still homeless and living in the motel. I am still recovering. We are barely able to afford the motel and food. We're looking for a new place, but due to the eviction record and my father's poor credit score, first and last month's rent will be required, as well as an extra month or some other number for a deposit. The townhouse we have an application to out now (it has NOT been approved or denied as of now) would require first, last, and two months worth of rent for us to move in. That would be $5,300.

My dad and I are on our own. We just want a place to live. We want a place to call home, a place to create stability. We don't know how we're gonna do that without help. My dad deserves a home, my baby brother deserves a place to come home to, to visit us and his friends. They don't have that because of me. They don't have that because of the endometriosis lesions that grow on again and again and were just cut off of my uterus, bladder, lower intestines, fallopian tubes, and ovaries exactly two weeks ago today.  Some were so deep in my uterus they first thought it was cancer, and I spent a week staring at the wood-paneled motel walls waiting on pathology reports to tell me it wasn't. I deserve a home to. A place to recover, to continue to heal. To continue my fight for quality of life with these diseases.

Below are hospital pictures (including ones of my dad being with me, just to help show how truly hard he works to take care of me) and evidence of my surgical scars, even the unflattering ones that I begrudgingly sent Josh, and a picture of my last page of discharge instructions signed by my doctor and electronically signed by the hospital. post surgery:
