Medical expenses

I am a loving grandpa. My family means everthing. I have been diagnosed with bone marrow cancer.I will require a bone marrow transplant. I may be hospitalized for many months in Philadelphia (Foxe Chase) My wife will need to travel often. She will incur many expenses for hotels,gas and meals. She also require funds to maintain our home. Things such as snow removal and home repairs will need to be hired out. Joanne will need to purchase he own medical insurance. I have Medicare.
