While the world was celebrating the birth of Christ, we were struck with an unexpected family tragedy. On December 22, 2020 our father Reinhold Eberstein suffered a massive heart attack at home. His daughter-n-law found him unresponsive and called 911. She proceeded to do C.P.R. For 12 minutes desperately trying to revive him. He was transported by rescue to the hospital where he remained in a coma and on a ventilator. The Doctors have done everything in an attempt to save his life. We are grateful for the relentless care they provided.
On December 31, 2020 our father passed away. Our family is in shock and deeply saddened. Unfortunately we are not financially prepared as this was unexpected. We want to give him a proper funeral that he deserves to honor his memory and say our last good byes. We are asking for your help to raise $15,000.00. The burial will give all of us closure. Regrettably he had no insurance and no means to pay for this.
Any money raised over the amount needed will be donated to Vitas (Hospice) since they were willing to help care for our father using charitable funds.
We are overwhelmed by the support shown to our family and can’t thank everyone enough for the kind words of encouragement and helping our family during this time. Whatever you can do to help us, we will be eternally grateful.
