Help with medical treatment

My dear friend Mary and her fiancee Greg learned on Friday, September 14 that he is suffering from stage 4 colon cancer. He is being scheduled for chemotherapy sometime next week. Greg has been an upstanding citizen of the Cleveland area his entire life and served in the police force for a period of time. We want to alleviate any worry when it comes to medical bills and possibly cost of living for him, his fiancee Mary, their four soon to be five year old son Kristian, and Greg's stepson Cole.
