Trip to the Congo

I have the opportunity to visit my family in Congo in January 2020 and am extremely grateful to be able to do so for the first time for a true visit in 8 years since I arrived in the United States and Elkhart.
My Dad is 72 and my mom is 68. In a country where life expectancy is around 55, that tells you how lucky they are to reach that age but at the same time they feel tired and have been struggling with a lot of health issues. They both have high blood pressure, rheumatism, backaches, headaches and everything that comes along with high blood pressure. I think it’s about time for me to go see them before too late. They have had tough times, losing both my older brother and, lately, my younger sister. That also puts pressure on the complications they already have. It is a costume for children to visit parents after a sibling is gone and I haven’t done that since.
Though I'm excited to see my family, this is an expensive trip and I am worried about the financial viability of it all, as I will be gone for a month. I used my credit card to purchase a ticket ($1200) and will have to pay back as soon as I come back. I am asking, dear friends, for your help and support so that I will be able to fully enjoy my family time and return to Elkhart with no financial stress. At this point, to be specific, I will need $1000. I will use $750 to pay for my house mortgage as I will be gone for a whole month and won’t be working to cover that expense and use the rest to buy some gifts for them as I go.
