Jonathan’s 2nd fight against childhood cancer

Jonathan will be turning 6 years old this year. He should have been starting his Kindergarten school year, learning how to ride his bike, hanging out with his friends and family & teaching his little sister new things.... Instead he’s having a tough battle against childhood cancer.
Time after time Jonathan has always shown us how strong he is. From his first cancer diagnosis at 4mo old (GBM IV) & after completing 1 year of chemotherapy, he grew into the most BIG HEARTED, LOVING, SWEETEST & FUNNIEST little boy there is. Jonathan was doing really well being cancer free over the years. His favorite things to do is kick it with his best friends, and run around with his dad & papa.
Last August 2019 Jonathan wasn’t feeling too good. After a few ER trips to the children’s hospital, his oncology team gave us the bad news of cancer returning. This time it’s AML, acute myelogenous leukemia. This nightmare is happening to our family all over again & this time, there’s no treatment options available to help heal our son from this. He’s been doing beyond his best, has been so happy & cracking jokes still, reminding us how truly strong he is everyday. Although he makes this look easy, Jonathan has been fighting Leukemia for a whole year & his little body is getting extremely tired. Hes home on hospice enjoying his time with family & friends.
