Lauren Anne Ford Memorial Fund

This fund has been set up to assist the family of Lauren Anne Ford with funeral expenses as well as travel & hotel expenses for her extended family. Their focus during this time is mourning the loss of this precious soul and not to be burdened with the many expenses they will be facing in the coming days and weeks.

Lauren Anne Ford passed away on Friday, February 12, 2016 in Columbus, Georgia. Lauren graduated from Shaw High School in 2015. She was studying at Armstrong State University in Savannah as a freshman. Lauren was special to her family, friends, church family and community. She brought a smile everyone's face and had an amazing uplifting spirit. She was very involved in high school as a writer and editor for Shipwrecked (the school newspaper), a member of SkillsUSA, a member of Green Club, the school mascot, and the Senior class Student Council President. Lauren loved her St. Thomas Episcopal Church family and was very involved in Youth Ministry. She touched the lives of everyone she met and we are all better for knowing her.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family; Brantley and Kenny Lewis, Nathan and Wilson Ford, Sonya and Jerry Boyd and extended family.
