Help Black Jack

This is Black Jack.
He was found in my shed last night and I brought him in from the cold as he looked very unwell.
I had called the RSPCA this morning who covered emergency veterinary cost. Black Jack happens to be registered at the vet I had taken him to and they tried contacting the owners without any luck.
Black Jack is malnourished and in need of veterinary help as soon as possible.
A small organisation called Eildor Cat Rescue is helping me to take care of Black Jack, however, they raise their own funding to pay for any vet bills.
From what the vets have told me, Black Jack has severe mouth ulcers so he is in a lot of pain and is refusing to eat or drink. There also may be an infection causing this.
As Black Jack is in such poor condition we need urgent help to raise funding and are appealing to the public.
