Victory Family is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping the community fight against drug and alcohol abuse. Through residential treatment centers we offer a safe haven to anyone who desires freedom from addiction.
ALL OF OUR SERVICES ARE FREE OF CHARGE
Our recovery centers are not just located in Houston but also Pasadena and Bacliff TX and house an average 85-100 residents everyday. Some of our residents are husbands trying to quit drinking, mothers trying to quit using or a homeless person needing to get on their feet. Whatever the situation is, we are here to help. We have a 60-70% success rate for the graduates of our program.
As members of the Houston Food Bank, Victory Family serves families in need. We give out hundreds of pounds of groceries every month to the community.
The need is great and as a non profit donation based ministry, we rely on generous donors like you to keep the centers, vans and recovery homes up and running.
Since 1980 it is estimated that the U.S. has spent $500 billion on the war against drugs... and the problem is still huge.
The enormous cost of drug abuse in 1995 was estimated to be $77.6 billion in lost earnings, $11.9 billion in health cost, and $20.4 billion in other associated costs.
Approximately one in four prison inmates is convicted of a drug-related crime.
